Join us for a Nature Lover’s tour on Lake Moultrie as we out paddle along the canals, behind lake islands, out to the island where we land for a break and then back to the landing on a different route than going out. We normally see Bald Eagles, Osprey, beaver lodges, turtles, egrets, Great Blue Herons and other wading birds. There are also acres of beautiful flowers including fragrant white water lilies, yellow Spadderdock, American Lotus, purple hyacinth and more.
Tour includes guide, kayak, paddle, life vest, basic kayak and safety instruction. It does not include lunch or snack. We’ll bring the equipment to the launch site. Paddlers under age 13 are required to be in a tandem with an adult. Paddlers age 13 and above can be in their own kayak.
Guests should bring a hat and sunscreen and should wear clothes that are quick-drying and shoes that will stay on your feet (such as water shoes, sandals with straps, or tennis shoes). Please bring plenty of drinking water and any snacks you may want along the way.
Blueway Adventures will serve as our guide! Check their website out at www.bluewayadventures.com.
Tickets are $50 /adult and $30/child (13 and younger - must be in tandem kayak with adult). Tickets can be purchased HERE
